Questions people actually ask
No jargon, no assumed technical background. If yours is not here, ask us — a person answers.
How does this work, from start to finish?+
You submit an order with a short brief and see the exact total on the confirmation page. Pay there on our secure checkout — production starts the moment the payment clears. We research, write, design, run everything through QA, publish it, and send you a report with every live link.
When do I pay, and is it safe?+
Right after you submit, on a secure hosted checkout — the exact total is shown before any payment is taken, and the same payment link is in your confirmation email so you can also pay later. Prefer to talk first? Reply to that email: we adjust the scope or the price before you pay, and nothing is produced until payment clears. Every order is one-time — nothing renews.
What do I actually receive when the work is finished?+
Three things: a web report you can open in a browser with every live link on it, the same report as a PDF, and a plain text list of the URLs we published. The report link does not expire, so you can come back to it or forward it to somebody else at any time.
What does “QA-gated” mean?+
Work is not published just because it has been written. Each page has to pass an automated review first: every link and image has to load, text has to be readable at proper contrast, the search markup has to be valid, the branding has to be right, and factual claims have to trace back to a source. Anything that fails goes back to production before it reaches you.
What if I do not like what you produce?+
Tell us and we fix it. If we misread your brief, got a detail wrong, or emphasised the wrong thing, correcting it is part of the job and costs nothing. A genuinely different brief — a new offer, a new audience, a new topic — is a new piece of work, and we will tell you that up front rather than quietly billing you.
How long does it take?+
Production starts as soon as your payment clears, and we confirm a delivery date with you within about one business day of that. How long the work itself takes depends on how much you ordered and where it is going. On a deadline? Say so in your brief and we will prioritise the order.
Who owns the content when it is done?+
You do. The copy, design and images we produce for you are yours to use, edit, move or republish however you like, with no time limit. Work published on your own domain sits on your address. Articles placed on our network stay hosted with us — you still own the writing, and you can ask for it at any time.
Will this get me to the top of Google?+
We will not promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does — no agency controls search rankings. What we control is the work: keyword planning, original fact-checked writing, correct on-page setup, internal links, sitemap inclusion and a search-engine submission the moment your content goes live. We do that properly, every time, and we report exactly what was published.
Do you submit my content to search engines?+
Yes. Every article is added to the sitemap and submitted to search engines as soon as it publishes, which is the fastest signal available to us. Search engines still decide for themselves what to index and when — that part is not in anyone’s gift.
Does anything renew or bill me automatically?+
No. Sales pages and articles are one-time purchases. A dedicated blog runs for a year, and if you want to keep it going after that it is $94 for another year — but nothing is ever charged automatically. We contact you before the date and you decide.
Can the report carry my own branding?+
Yes. If you are delivering this work to your own clients, ask for a white-label report: we produce the delivery report with your logo, your colours and your sign-off, with no mention of us anywhere on it. It can even live on your own reports address.
What exactly is in the free offer?+
One sales page and one blog article, produced exactly like paid work: researched, written, designed, QA-checked and published, with the live link to each emailed to you. It is the full product, not a stripped-down teaser — the only limit is quantity: one page, one article, once.
Where does the free work get published?+
The sales page goes live on a subdomain we provide and host, with HTTPS working. The article is published on a blog in our network matched to your topic, and links back to your website. If you later order paid work, you can publish to your own domain and move things across — with proper redirects, so nothing is lost.
What does “one free start per website” mean?+
The free offer can be used once per website, ever. We check the root of the address — www.yourbrand.com, yourbrand.com and shop.yourbrand.com all count as the same website — and if it has been used before, the form tells you straight away instead of accepting a request we would have to refuse.
Still not sure?
Tell us what you are trying to achieve and we will tell you what we would do, what it costs and how long it takes — before you commit to anything.
