Not upsells — this is simply how we work. You never have to tick them, and you are never charged for them.
No plan to upgrade to. Ask in your brief when you order, and we set it up for that order.
Not a revision allowance, and not two rounds and then a bill. If a piece does not do what your brief asked for — a wrong fact, the wrong tone, the wrong emphasis — tell us, and it goes back for correction and comes back fixed. You are not charged for it, on a paid order or a free one.
It is scoped to the brief, not to taste. If the brief was met and you would now like a different angle, a new offer or a new topic, that is new work — and we tell you which of the two we think it is, and price it, before anyone writes a word.
We do not count rounds. Please raise it within a reasonable time of delivery, so we can put it right while it is fresh.
First-order guarantee: if your company’s first paid order is not delivered as briefed, and our correction does not fix it, we refund that order in full, to a maximum of $135. One per company.
What we do not promise: a ranking. Nobody controls search results, and a supplier who guarantees a position is either using the word loosely or about to do something to your domain you would not approve.
